                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT 
                   WITH TERRY SPEISER TO PROVIDE LAND AGENT 
                   WORK FOR AN HOURLY AMOUNT OF TWELVE AND 
                   50/100 DOLLARS ($12.50) AND TWENTY-EIGHT 
                   CENTS ($.28) PER MILE FOR MILEAGE, AS 
                   REQUIRED BY THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE 
                   DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute an Agreement with Terry Speiser to provide 
       land agent work for an hourly amount of $12.50 and $.28 per mile 
       for mileage, as required by the Engineering Division of the 
       Department of Public Works.
